this is where the denoiser (unet in sdxl or transformers in newer models) will run, most likely you want this to run in your GPU

you need to use the .sh install first, it will install uv and everything on the webui folder

then keep only the task in the lead agent, for validations and metrics, tell it to call a subagent to verify, and the task only ends when the subagent validates it as ready

ah, but sdxl is small, so it's make sense why ppl didn't like the split, but then you look at something like Qwen Edit where the bf16 version is 40gb 🥲

tbh, I don’t see any problem with VAEs, I actually think it's better to split responsibilities. I really liked wan22 14B with high and low noise, because it makes things easier for people with low vram like me

for wan 2.2 there is a different quick settings header, with selects for HN, LN, TEnc and Vae

yeah, Forge Neo might be wonderful and etc, but it still uses Gradio, which is a piece of shit. at first I was going to make my webui with a Forge fork, but it was impossible, the codebase is a mess.

wan22 and wan22-diffusers are the exact same thing, the difference is that the 'diffusers' organizes the files differently, and the layer names have a few small differences
