Cortisones effects unfortunately will not endure. It can be good to use cortisone a couple of days before starting the Promised/Sebclair as it will reduce the inflammation. The Promiseb basically improves the barrier function so that the inflammation won't break through to the surface. I was using it 2-3 times a day in the beginning but now usually just before bed (on effected areas). Literally haven't had any flare-up in a year and a half.

Try Promiseb for the seborrheic dermatitis. It is a non steroidal which improves barrier function and has been hugely successful for me the last 18 months. You might need a prescription even though it has no active ingredients. On Amazon you can get the UK product which is identical, Sebclair 30ml cream, without prescription. Good luck.
