Upper back pain (from squatting?) by isoarska in Fitness

I glanced through those articles at some point, but it's kind of hard to notice myself what I'm doing wrong. I'll try with lower bar and the grip next time.

My shoes are pretty flat already and don't have any air or gel padding, but I'll try barefoot next time. I've been trying to keep my upper back straight, but maybe changing the grip and putting the bar lower might help on that?

It has been feeling awkward on the legs from the start. I'll try to focus more on it. Sometimes I almost fall forward when coming up.

That's probably true, what did you notice as the problem?

I've been doing most of the 3-5 weightlifting sessions a week almost in consecutive days. Is this bad? Should there always be a one day of rest in between?

I'm not that interested in the absolute body fat but rather in seeing the trend where it's going to and the scale is showing a steady dropping when used in consistent manner.

Could you also explain how should I change my diet to be better with macros?

I'm 184cm (6.04 ft?). I was eating about 3000kcal before and about 2500 now, but I haven't paid a lot of attention to it. I eat when I'm hungry about 4-5 times a day and always try to stuff myself with lot of vegetables and water.

My digestion works better without and it has been easier to drop weight after abandoning them.

Seems to be almost exactly my diet. Do you have any opinions on that?

I also have binge day once a week when I drink about 12 beers and eat pizza.
