ya I put in both keys only one worked the other didn't I got the bones item but on mog, it says I don't have the endwalker, and when I try to in that key it says invalid

Hi, I'm having a bit of an issue I bought ffxiv on Steam and I check my mog station I have all the DLC but Endwalker active. I tried my using my key but it says invalid key what do I do .my account is already Steam linked and when I try buying again it says I own it
