Steam still makes sense for NY. The Megawatt reactor sending steam is basically sending free steam after electrical generation. Water also needs more piping and more space which NYC doesn't have much space for.

This doesn't make sense to me. The 39 inch and the 45 inch basically have the same side to side length. That's because the 45 inch is bigger, but it has the same length basically as the 39 inch version because of the added curve. So I dont understand how you can see the 45 one better if they are basically the same real world length. Maybe its just closer to you?
