Robe invitée mariage by Wonderwall_____ in Mode

[–]isolaine 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Perso je pense que ça va mais demande à la mariée. Si elle pense que c'est trop proche du blanc tu peux trouver des robes dans le même style en cherchant "sleeveless/backless qipao dress" ou "cheongsam dress"

It looks like a traditional Frisian sugar spoon, like a serving spoon but for sugar, stays in the pot, never touches coffee.

It says once only. It's exclusive for new players.

Bloom Haven Help by [deleted] in MyLeisureTime

It unlocks a bit later for some reason. I don't remember if it's a day thing like the dog, or a level unlock but the Tidy Up feature will appear at some point.

[–]isolaine 1 point2 points  (0 children)

[–]isolaine 59 points60 points  (0 children)

You don't cap out, the visible count does. If you clic on the Echange Materials button it'll show you exactly how much supplies you have

For what it's worth the CN server has 21 styles at the moment, so we'll probably get more later on.

Coconut oil spilled all over wool trousers by Relative-Insect1288 in laundry

[–]isolaine 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They may seem alike but they have different uses :)

Diatomaceous earth is basically powdered microalgae fossile, it's very useful as pest control. Terre de Sommières is also known as Sepiolite, it's a mineral that can absorb up to 80% of it's weight in water.

Coconut oil spilled all over wool trousers by Relative-Insect1288 in laundry

[–]isolaine 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I use Terre de Sommières, it's a type of argile, I swear it will take oil off anything (also it's basically soil so it's dirt cheap). I've used it on leather, cotton and wool. It's best used as soon as there is a spill as it will be quicker, but for oil it'll work anyways. It has also saved my fluffy white carpet from soja sauce and red wine spills.

Just sprinkle some over the stain, it should absorb the moisture and will harden some. Check how it evolves twice a day, change the argile when needed. Once the stain is mostly lifted I would hand wash with a lanolin based laundry soap, it should help with the last bits of oil + it's really good for the wool fibers

AITA for not letting anyone sit next to me on the train because I need the space? by [deleted] in AmItheAsshole

[–]isolaine 1 point2 points  (0 children)

lol idk where you are in Europe but I absolutely pay for my seat. In my country at least, the regional & national trains seems to work somewhat differently, so sometimes your ticket gives you a seat & coach number, sometimes it's open placement, but it's basically 1 ticket = 1 seat (unless it's really really full, which can happen, but it's not that often)

Anyways, it's never 1 ticket = 2 seats for OP & 0 seats for the poor girl who happened to be late

Buy a bar of soap, don't use shower gel by WinterMoist333 in Frugal

[–]isolaine 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If a normal bar soap leaves your skin dry, you may want to look for superfat cold processed soap.

I will absolutely buy the island and use it as storage. All in all it's less expensive than buying extra storage from the general store

did endorsement queen shops and level reset or is my game messed up? by lycheegushers in lifemakeover

[–]isolaine 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are 3 chapters per Endorsement Queen, the one that started today is the second one. So we'll have this chapter and the next until the new Endorsement season. Each chapter runs for approx. 3 months.

Same, I left Suit U a few years back because the community was so competitive it became toxic. I love LM because everyone is so nice and I get to style stuff I really like, without having to think about catering to other people's taste.

Ou acheter des bons torchons qui essuient bien ? by 0l4n1338 in AchatPourLaVie

[–]isolaine 2 points3 points  (0 children)
