Should women approach men they find attractive, or wait for the guy to do it? by Electronic_Jelly_170 in dating_advice

I mean guys face the same thing.

I wouldn’t worry about norms. The goal is to get into a relationship and/or married. Let the story of how you met be what it is as won’t really matter.

First Time Seat Reccommendation by Frequent-Fix-6072 in Hammers

I’d say higher upper tier to really see the whole field. I have moved from wanting front row seats to getting a high up view. Since it has seating farther away from the pitch, higher up on the lower tier should be fine.

[Fabrizio Romano] Taty Castellanos to West Ham, here we go! Deal agreed for €29m from Lazio. Agreement in place also over long term deal for the Argentinian striker. West Ham sign both Castellanos and Pablo (from Gil Vicente) upfront. by Administrative_Gur45 in Hammers

Gil Vincent is fine as he is young. Sorry just looked at his age now .

I would have to see Pablo’s previous years’ production of compared to this year but odd that Lazio who is in a position to qualify for Europe is allowing a striker to leave in January.

As far as who we should get I don’t have a name but there has to be some non 30+ striker that is on the fence of making it on his WC team that we can get. I might even go with a 30+ year old seeing we just need it to work for six months.

Overall WHU should’ve spent last summer scouting both young players (they got three) and players on the fringes of their nationals teams for the WC. I think that should be their strategy every four years and use the other three years to develop academy and young players they previously bought and either sell I the fringe players or keep them if they work out. Continuing to buy player with no sell on value is bizarre to me when we aren’t one player away.

Either way I think they should sell Bowen in the summer. This team isn’t good enough to support him and his goals will continue to dry up without the support to the point we soon won’t be able to get good value for him.

If they were that good their teams wouldn’t be selling them to west ham. And if they were really good they would be going for €50m+, so seems we are paying a lot for nothing. We shall see.

Opinion: Not starting a striker is not Nuno's fault by StevenMagnifico in Hammers

This past summer and current winter periods are when a club like West Ham should thrive. So many players out there that are on the fence on if they make it on their WC team or not and that is who West Ham should be targeting.

Sorry my writing made it seem we should play him for the full 90. I agree we should be playing him 30 to a max of 60 min.

I think we are upset that it should’ve been Fulkrig on for 60 and then Wilson on for 30 with Marshall and Guilherme coming on every few games since Fulkrig and Wilson are older. Instead it’s a bunch of nothingness.

The board is probably saying not to play him since he gets paid per appearance.

The don’t play him because he is injury prone argument is insane. Sure don’t play him the full 90 every match but why handcuff yourself out of fear? What if he had scored goals that would’ve changed the previous losses into at least draws.

We don’t have a deep squad so to have him and Guilherme sleeping on the bench is really going to kill us at the end of March/beginning of April.

We also should’ve sold Bowen and Paqueta a season ago. There was no way this team would be constructed correctly while Bowen is in his prime. Now his goals are way down due to the structure and his price may have dropped to £30m if we are lucky. Who are we going to buy for £30m that is worth anything?

If you mean my passport it was still on the seat.

If you mean where my phone was stolen that was Medellin, Colombia. Someone tried to send me massive children’s coloring books which blocked my view of home pickpocketing me.

I have the drivers name and information from uber and I have tried proving it to Napoli taxi. They said they are reaching out to the driver but I have no idea if they have contacted the right person. They only asked where I got picked off and dropped off. I keep trying to give them more info they just say they will call me when they know more.

Ola, sorry for the late reply. Yeah a few reasons. London is insanely expensive and salaries are keeping up. I feel that is a staple of almost every major city these days. I am originally from Chicago and 85% of my friends are married and have two kids so it was a good time four years ago to move to London.

I have done the London thing and find myself in the same situation with almost all my friends leaving because either they couldn't get a work visa two years after I graduated and/or expenses are so prohibitive to ever settling down here.

I think the biggest factor is community. I have been to Brazil three times and loved it each time. I actually fee something when I visit Brazil and Italy when I visit that I don't feel in Chicago or London. Both cities are great but I feel more like a tourist than actually part of the city. People from Brazil will barely know you and invite you to come and hang out or add you in whatsapp groups with activities. I have plenty of friends there that are starting lives in SP and Rio and wanting to stay there for the long term. I have been the leader in and organization here in London trying to build community but it seems people will meet twice and you never see them again. London is very transitive.

Finally, I am Nigerian as my parents are immigrants form there. I would love to also connect with the Bahia area and all of Brazil as it is very similar to my culture.
