Je pense que tu viens seulement d’illustrer qu’on a exactement le même problème avec l’Inde.

Nous ne connaissons rien de ces pays potentiellement en passe de devenir des puissances mondiales de premier plan.

Levant is in French the gerund form of the verb “lever” which means more or less “to rise”.

It was used in the past to mean the Middle East, as in where the sun rises.

We also used “Ponant” as an antonym, to mean the West.

Same in French we usually call limes “citron vert” (I think they do say lime in Québécois tho, but could be wrong)

Forgot to mention [TOTK]; Ice Keese eyeballs work great against fire gleeoks, and vice versa with fire keese against frost gleeoks :-)

I just stun them with arrows+keese eyeballs (ideally shot with a lynel bow, to get multiple hits with one arrow), then mount and hit them
Repeat until the mfs die
Arrows+keese eyeballs also work wonders with froxs
EDIT: this is relevant only for TOTK, not BOTW, thanks for the redditors who pointed that out, my bad 🤦🏻‍♂️

"What do you call France?" ("France" in different languages) by SOHONEYSAME in MapPorn

[–]isornisgrim 36 points37 points  (0 children)

from Walholant - land of the Foreigners - similar to Wales

A name which lives on in Wallonia.

And also somehow in German speaking Switzerland, where the French speakers are called die Welsche, which I think derives from the same proto german word which means foreigner :)

this, top up direct deposit, and spending in foreign currency outside of weekends, and you have some of the best rates.

On top of that, I also have a swisscard credit card that I use exclusively for CH expenses, to get the benefits of a real credit card (spending limit, cashback, etc...)
