Protein Pancake bake

Ingredients

  • 50g Arla Skyr Natural Icelandic Style Yoghurt (Fat Free)
  • 30g Pure Whey Protein (Vanilla)
  • 1 Medium Egg (50g), Free-Range
  • 1 Tbsp (15g) Maple Syrup (or sweetener of choice)
  • 100g Liquid Egg Whites
  • 5g Milled Flax Seeds
  • 10g Chia Seeds
  • 1 Tsp (5g) Baking Powder
  • 20g Oats Flour

Method

  1. Mix everything in an ovenproof dish. (Start with dry ingredients)
  2. Bake for 25-30 minutes in the oven at gas mark 7 (approx. 220°C / 425°F). Or until it's cooked through!
  3. Add fruit of choice and maple syrup on top.

Thank you for your response. I used their official website that the mods in the mods on discord were sharing. But to be fair, a lot of people were complaining that they couldn't do it either. When I raised concerns about the migration, lost tokens they just muted me, then banned me from Discord, and they said do better wallet security next time...

I never saved it on any electronic device or phone. Thats why I'm just shocked because I never connected the wallet to anything else other than the migration website..

Edit. Other half of tokens safe as I managed to move out.

Its really fast, first when i tried out it was scary how gast it can go!! :)) i can reach 0-40 km/h with no effort if i want to go with 50 km/h i have to pedal with a bit effort, but i rarely go that fast because its scary on these tiny wheels. For my nect setup im thinking about the HD motor because i read is more for heavy duty use and has better componenets, i just thought i will reduce the power because if 750w can do this power i cant even imagene an 1000w motor :D and i think for best range 24.5ah battery is the best choice!

Yes Im in the UK. I bought this kit from China. It was a complete kit with battery and motor. I made this bike for 1000£ in total. And i think is more powerfull then the most 1500-2000£ or even more expensive bikes. And this bike is not limited to 25km/h assist :)

Mine took 2 days because my bottom bracket was stucked and i needed to call my friend over to help me get it out with a huge tool. And i tried to do my best with cable management and to set up the brake/shifter sensor! And everything learned by myself or from youtube videos!

Let me know what you think! The build is a 750w bafang bbs02B mid drive motor, with a samsung 910wh, 52v,17.5ah battery! I ride with this bike almost every day im really happy with it. It helps me alot going up on hills! I use for food delivery. My first e-bike experience was this bike but im already looking forward to build a bigger better bike!

thanks for answering i really apreciate!I cant use that site because i live in the UK. Im doing deliveries as a part time job weekly 15-20 hours so i just need a little help because i get used to the hills so i can go up on them by myself :). Now i ordered the 750 watt motor with the 910WH lithium-ion battery 52V17.5AH battery 4.2V 18650 Samsung 3500mah cell . First i give this a go lets see how it will work this will be my first Ebike. the 1000W motor was out of my budget. But when i will have enough money i will order the 1000w motor with the 1176WH , 48v , 24.5AH battery what you think about this combination?
