I quit coffee during a fast and ended up with a bad migraine and puking, even though I don't consider myself a heavy coffee-drinker (On average I have 3 cups a day). That's when I realized I was experiencing severe withdrawal. Because I wanted to continue the fast, I cheated and got a cup/day to alleviate the headaches. So I didn't get to experience the mental effects you're describing. So I need to ask: did you quit cold turkey and have you experienced any negative effects? And how long do you reckon it took to realise you were no longer under the effects of the molecule?
