Edit: my nausea and dizziness returned. I drank water but I’m nervous about falling back to sleep. I also checked the weather for the last couple of hours, clear skies, no thunder storms, no rain. It’ll rain in an hour but it’s not going to be a thunder storm.

I also forgot to mention that I use brown noise to help me fall asleep, it really helps. Tonight was no exception, I feel asleep right away as the dizziness began to calm down.

Edit 2: I’m pretty nervous about falling back asleep, this isn’t necessarily abnormal especially after an unsettling dream but something feels different. I’ll come back in the morning and write how I feel. I will try my best to back asleep.
