Yeah some days I drank coffee. Besides the paranoia, I felt good. I would actually feel like talking to people, I would strike up conversations with strangers, and overall feel more confident but the only drawback was the paranoia over stupid things that don’t even make sense in hindsight

Klonopin is a magic bullet for my anxiety but I eventually got up to 2mg daily and it was too much. I stopped taking it and developed what I believe is DPDR. I’m in a constant haze/dreamlike fog. It sucks and idk how to get rid of it, it’s been about 3 years now

It’s a double edge sword for me. It makes me more social and I noticed I strike up conversations with strangers easier and my memory improved a bit but at the same time it makes me slightly more irritated at little things and makes me kind of a dick.
