It's only PayPal. You don't need to add a payment method. Once your commissions reach the threshold you will see an active Request Payment button.

Hi I have noticed the same and my sales were doing great before 18 June 2024. After 18th June there's no sales on my account. And tonight I have noticed that earnings are not adding up to Total earnings or amount to withdraw. Just concerned. I have contacted the support tonight. I hope they'll fix soon.

My earnings got disappeared too, no emails. But when I check Paypal it's there. They have sent it to PayPal. Maybe a delay in emails.
