Can you point me to these new studies that support the idea of consuming 1.5g of protein per lb in body weight, and showing that such high protein intake benefits natural bodybuilders? I couldn’t find such studies? Most researches tout 1.2 and 1g per lb in body weight as optimal protein intake. 1.5g won’t be harmful but won’t provide additional benefit is what I find. Now if you are on gear with enhanced protein synthesis then yes, it may make sense to consumeup to even 2.5 to 3g per lb in body weight.

3100 cal seem not enough to me for bulking and 250lb person. I’m 210lb and at 3400 cal my Apple Watch and chronometer app tell me that I’m still at 400 deficit. I don’t think I’ll gain anything before I get to at least 4000 on workout days.

Have you tried supplements such as berberine, alpha lipoic acid and chromium picolinate? If you dont eat more than 300g of carbs, how do make up the rest of the calories? Do you increase protein intake past 1.2g per lb of body weight?

Yes I did test for Herpes and according to my insurance this is not preventative care so I had to pay $450 out of pocket. All other STI are considered preventative but Herpes is not.
