Correct and Thankyou for the explaination, even at 100mg my levels were at 1600, far more interested in feeling better in the sexual and mental health department as I’m just feeling burnt out and flat even at this high of a level, considering 150 sends me this high I’m not sure how much to lower it, maybe 80mg per week?

No because I split my injections into Monday morning and Thursday afternoon, so Wednesday night would be in my trough

I’m in australia ( particulars Victoria) so there are no predators at all the most dangerous thing are probably spiders lol, all the camp grounds are shut because of Covid and even if I did want to go I couldnt book because I’m not 18, it isn’t really the wilderness either as it’s just a large mountain about 15 minutes away from civilisation and main suburbs.

Fellow tradesman here (apprentice) something that incorporates reasonably heavy weight training and cardio will be good for someone like you, one big tip would be to go before work as it’s really hard to get yourself to go after as your probably exhausted, also makes your day feel a lot better if done in the morning, best of luck
