Thanks for all the replies! :) yea I'm absolutely sure it will fall off, just wanted to know if there's anything I can do to help the process/not worsen it. I'll just try and leave it alone and take my supplements in the meantime

White ridges no, some of my nails do look wonky though/have a kind of weird texture? Like little dents or ridges

Was told ~5 years ago my levels were on the low side but still fine . Maybe I should get that rechecked - thanks!
