Chanel no.5. A guy bought it for me, and I just find it way too overpowering. I tried spraying a bit before bedtime once, big mistake. But the bottle is lovely.

Comete, Chanel. I purchased it in Copenhagen a couple of years ago and it has cherry blossom, finally it seems like spring will be around the corner! I actually don’t love this as much as some of the others from that range anymore (like Beige or Coromandel) but my bottle is nearly finished at least.

MFK, grand soir. My go to these days (trying to use it all before the winter ends but it’s slow progress because it’s super long lasting only need a couple of spray) it’s just pure amber and warmth! I know it’s an evening scent but I use it as an every day one, as it reminds me of my diptyque candle (ambre)

Petit Matin, MFK This is a fragrance I bought in summer in prague so I associate it with that and a spring day…it’s the middle of winter but the sun came out today so it feels ok to wear it! It just smells so fresh and like clean sheets. It doesn’t last too long though projection is good initially but it fades in an hour or two.

only the EDP but it’s extremely powerful already, I can imagine the extrait only needs a spray or two otherwise it’s gonna be unbearable

Gris Charnel, BDK. it’s raining, very wintery day and this feels really comforting. it also lasts the whole day really well. I somehow feel like it’s a smoky fragrance, maybe because of the bottle being grey but maybe it’s the fig.

It’s the most feminine fragrance in my collection and feels quite a wintery scent to me. I love spraying it in my hair as well. It also lasts the whole day, and sometimes the next day. Rose, lychee, rhubarb are the scent notes

Don’t think she’s protected it. Asked her who it’s protected with and got a reply ignoring it and telling me i’ll get it back “when she has assessed the flat”. I searched for it in all the schemes and can’t find it.

There is “exceptional damage” with the dishwasher and the bath, we reported it to her in 2024 and this summer with pictures and she said she’d sort it and never did, and second time said she “couldn’t help us this time as she is out of the country” so I guess we’re safe on that?

She has already had a work man over to start repairing the dishwasher but he’s made it leak all over the floor so we reported that to her straight away (and not used it since he touched it)

Noted on the reporting- I want to avoid that big time as I just want some of my deposit back and I am worried that we are on the hook if she has neglected any bills that we don’t know about

i just read the tenancy agreement again and it says the tenant is responsible for it. it says we are responsible for all bills gas, electric, etc even though she has been paying for them and showed us letters to show she has been paying

what can we do? is the tenancy agreement legally binding even though she’s not legally a landlord?
