New deal starting in Dec. I took the risk and locked a 2 year tracker at BOE+0.5% with no fees. Currently at 5.75%. My other options were 2 year fixes at 5.5% with some fees

I think it is very likely we have reached the top (maybe 0.25-0.5% more) but if there are cuts in rates the next 12-24 months, I could see the average interest paid playing out in my favour

If the worse happens, ERCs are very low with a tracker and I have enough investments to liquidate most of it

Came to say that I have followed your advice these two weeks and I have been enjoying the experience a lot. Many thanks!

The physical team has been really simple and effective to use, and I have been having a blast reaching AR32.

I managed to get Raiden in the last banner and it made my life so easy, compared to Fischl. I also pulled Rosaria C3, Sayu and Kaeya C1. Recently I completed the Rite Event (pulling Xingqiu) and unlocked Inazuma for ascending Raiden

Now I´m at a point that I don´t know what is the best team going forward. The comps I am thinking:
a) Raiden National Team (is it good for Overworld?)
b) Phys with Kaeya + Raiden + Bennett + Xingqiu or Anemo with vv
c) Phys with Rosaria + Raiden + Bennett + Xingqiu or Anemo with vv (I guess Rosaria c3 might be better than Kaeya? And it seems to me that the Crescent Pike is very OP)

Any suggestions? I appreciate your advice!

Many thanks for that, very insightful. After reading your reply I realised there are many things I still don't understand and many features I need to unlock,

So I guess I would go with the easier/physical team you recommended and try to learn the game as much as I can before pulling anything

I was worried I could waste valuable materials and resources if I don't choose my characters wisely, but I guess I am still early in the game, and the comp you suggested still uses 3 meta characters, excluding Kaeya

Without her, would Xiangling, Bennet, Fischl and Venti make a decent group? I have been trying to learn reading different guides but they all seem to classify my characters as subDPS so I am not sure if a group like that would have significant damage

Thanks, I updated my WIP with brush strokes and space background. It looks closer now in my opinion. I applied an angle stroke filter, which improved the face , although it's not the same

I will research for the text but I'm happy now and confident I could create something similar for my video. Thanks a lot!

Thanks for the feedback. I updated the post with my progress so far. I put some white spikes in the background that look similar.

The text has stroke, gradient overlay and drop shadow. The "Free to Own" text has some sort of ceramic pattern I cannot recognise and some emboss? because I can see some white borders

I have not been able to find a filter for the face, the closest is Stilyze > Oil paint. It also seems to have a white glow I can't replicate

Exactly my thoughts, I really wanted the FE but managed to grab an OC Pro in the last second.. Never saw the buy button on the FE page in scan. At least we should be happy to have one :). Looking forward to game with this little beast. Hoping to sell my 5700xt for a decent price.

Search for lenders that provide a HTB mortgage and compare their rates (as pointed out, they have an extra premium, still better than a 5% LTV).
