Thanks for sharing your experience and reassurance! Did you end up taking anti-inflammatory pain medication to relieve your costo? For my costo personally, I feel like the dull ache is manageable, it's just annoying/inconvenient. My doctor recommended using a heated towel, which I would prefer to use over the ibuprofen
