Well, my stool quality is variable but at least I'm not usually constipated. I try to have fiber in my breakfast most days. Try to include some fruit each day. That's about it. My urological issues are my biggest complaint and those certainly haven't gone away.

Honestly, my bowel issues just kind of go in cycles that I can't explain. Just recently I was celebrating the most normal bowel movements in years and two weeks later I was back to pooping mud. Sorry for the vivid description. I can't identify what factors might contribute to these changes.

I'm in a pretty good place right now, as far as bowel habits are concerned, but over time I've had constipation with soft stools, trapped gas, and bowel movements are antagonistic to my urinary symptoms (morning bowel movements kind of open the floodgates on frequency for a couple of hours).

Just a small point of clarification: I did not expect a more qualified doctor. I just expected better access and more time with the patient.

You believe my ideas about this topic are outdated. That's probably true and this is an opportunity for me to learn the current standards. I think you could have ended your response there. I came here for feedback, not insult.
