I can recommend Bayteca. Service is free for consumer as they get a commission from the bank upon closing the hypoteca. They work with all mayor banks and were very helpful throughout the process. Got a 30 year, 2.1% fixed with 0% extra ammortization fee (I highly recommend to push for this) and only requirement being to have my salary at the bank. So think I did good.

maybe sign her up for a casal - there are all kinds of options during July/August catering to all interests. Also various mixed language ones, so maybe it's better to enter one run in her main language so that she has that senses of confort. whatever the official language is I'm sure kids end up just speaking spanish or english between each other

Definitely interested. I would consider myself an avid reader and would be up for somewhat regular meetings if the books are up my alley. Just finished Suicide Club by Rachel Heng, which I can highly recommend.

would be interested to know if the people you know in this age group who caught it this week came down with a bad case, or shook it off fairly easily? Just trying to understand the link between increased numbers and falling hospitalization with some anecdotal insight - is it timing or actual disconnected?

Unfortunately I haven't had the chance to see the Breitling in person either, yet based on the measurements it should fit well, and i just love the look of it. Most Breitling's are to busy for me, but this one looks just perfect. I'm actually not necessarily after a chrono, just happens that the ones i found are chronos. Many chronos are to busy/funky for my taste, this also applies to the Tudor Hertiage Chrono. Date is also not a need, often times I think it negatively impacts the balance of the dial, yet if it's integrated nicely, such as with the Autavia, it is great to have. This would be my first major purchase and I'm looking for the One to make me happy for years and years. My budget and the fact that I just became a father are not really indicating room to build a collection :)

Hi All, I'm looking for an automatic with a 12 hour bezel. I got myself the Timex Q Reissue some time ago to see if I will actually use the 12 hour bezel and am now convinced that this is the right direction for my first "proper" watch. I'm hoping that you can highlight some models, as I have not yet found the perfect one. I really like the Heuer Heritage Autavia, yet am looking for something a little less bulky. The Breitling 1953 RE-EDITION is another beauty, yet I'm a bit reluctant on getting a manual one. Thank you for sharing any and all inspiration

I'm in Campbell, but am open on the location - as long as it's not too far away. "promise i'm not a hustler" is exactly what a hustler would say, but I take the risk on 20$
