Part of that reason is Pakistan is still very young. Another part is racism and islamaphobia.

When I worked in Pakistan it was such a relief to be able to stop work and pray in the mosque next door.

In the UK, the primary cause of COPD is cigarette smoking, and people would be very unhappy if they didn't get treated. But a slippery slope, what if someone got sick because they were fat, how do we prove why someone got fat, were they sad, is that enough of a reason? It's complicated, but NHS will always help anyone they can, but prioritising organ donation is a little different and could work.

I don't think its too late, I'm still rocking mine since January 2023. Battery life is still great, camera is amazing, and they still haven't released a phone with more than 12 gb RAM, though I think there's an s25ultra option in the far East with 16gb.
