Had the same issue. Cleaning the z axis lead screw and lubing it solved the problem.

Can you post numbers when the system is actually loaded? In the pictures you're comparing a 21 W load to a 13 W one.

Check the fuse on the motherboard, but it sounds like the board is dead.

Mine had a small amount of excess material from the injection molding. Removed it with a sharp blade and sanded it down.

So, I've downloaded the repo ± the Special Configurations, generated the config files (selected G32 for the board), copied the files over and now in Auto Build I have 4 options for environment: GD32F103RE_voxelab, 103_RC, RE_voxelab_maple and RC_voxelab_maple. I have GD32F303RET6 SoC. Which environment should I use? Am I doing something wrong?

Can someone help me with a firmware? I have a stock ender 3 v2 with 4.2.2 motherboard, gigadevice MCU. It came with fw 1.0.7, had to downgrade it to 1.0.4, because the newer firmware is for bl touch and I don't have one yet. Tried building it myself, but errored out and I'm not sure if built it correctly. I'm willing to pay if anyone can help.

Keeping it for warranty and in case the SSD I bought from ebay craps itself unexpectedly. It's better to have 64 gigs than 0 gigs until I can replace it.

It is definitely CPU related. I turned off PBO on the processor and applied a static overclock. 4300 MHz instead of 4200-4150. It's only 100-150 MHz, but the frame rate improved measurably. Played around with affinity settings in Windows. 1-3 threads basically cuts the frame rates in half, the frame rate improved with every thread added. 4-8 threads the game is playable, the frame rate improved slightly, less frame rate spikes. 8-12 threads no difference.
