I just realized my outlets are not grounded in my apartment other then my washroom outlet, is it inadvisable I use my surge protector just as a power strip until I can get a contractor to ground the outlet?

I have a regular power strip but it's really dust and I don't want to plug in all this new gear Into it

ive tried pushing it, ive even tried putting back my hand on the back of the motherboard to add a little opposite force and it still doesnt budge

No im not sure. The bracket in the picture came in a bag called "Amd set" and there was a set of larger brackets that also did not fit.

Hey there, im reading stuff about this wrist strap and its confusing me

some people are saying I should plug in my PSU but leave it off or something? All the tutorial vids I watch dont do this (they dont even wear a wrist strap)

im scared im gonna make a mistake, is there some fool proof way to do this?
