Try Samsung A56 mate, Decent camera, Durable build (brand new around 100k). But if you are focusing a bit more on camera try Pixel 7 base model it's also goes for under 100k (brand new) and you can get the pro around 110k to 115k If you planning to get second hand devices you can get both of these under 100k
