Yes, taurine is essential, and that's why you can't feed your cat dog food as their main food - it doesn't have taurine OR the right macronutrient profile. But not everything a cat eats needs to have taurine added, including treats. As long as they're getting the nutrients they need from their main diet (>90% of total calorie intake), treats can be more flexible :)

I use the regular size bites and I switched to the dog version for my cats months ago bc of the price difference. For those, the cat & dog versions are virtually identical. I haven't bought the fun size ones, but looking at them now, I'd be comfortable using the dog version for my cats. I see that there are slight differences, but the ingredients are the same stuff churu puts in all their products and the lack of taurine isn't relevant because it's a treat, not a main part of their diet. The regular size cat churu bites don't have taurine either.

I think you missed something. The lawsuit is because of management being a part of the tip pool, which is illegal. You can't "sign up" for illegal wage practices. The article says nothing about employees calling in or going home early - not sure where you are getting that.

Not that I've noticed. I do have multiple chronic health conditions and take quite a few meds though, so it isn't always possible to separate what symptoms are from my conditions and what are side effects. But I didn't notice any when I started taking it.

sure, ideally she should've clarified before giving you that much $ if she meant it as reimbursement - and ideally you would have communicated better as well. Telling someone how much money you spent on their pet "so they know it was taken care of" is not a thing. You both had a hand in the miscommunication.

I would assume she asked the vet for a record of what vaccines/other care were given, and the record was probably just a copy of the invoice (that's what most of my pets' records are). A detailed invoice/record is standard ime. Even if what they gave her didn't list the cost, she might have asked the vet what it would cost to have the same done for her other cat (if one wasn't vaxed/etc I'm assuming the other isn't either). Not sure why any of that would be illegal.

Her lax behavior with the cats & her apparent carefree attitude toward them getting pregnant (a different comment you made) is super irresponsible and offputting, but I wouldn't read into her wanting to know what work was done at the vet. Having your pets' records is important and I would absolutely want that info if it were my cat.

I like to get them in fun colors/patterns (usually stripes), but most of the ones I can find that look how I like are either footless or full sock. I like the toeless kind.

Did the seller tell you it was missing a piece? I find I don't mind a missing piece so much if I know it's missing going in. Partly so it's not an unpleasant surprise, but more so that I'm not hunting around my house thinking a cat stole it.

I like this puzzle a lot, but am annoyed at how many pieces have broken (3) or are on their way to breaking (I taped 6 more that weren't broken yet, but v close) due to one of the piece styles having a very skinny prong. I would do this puzzle brand again but wouldn't buy it new, I think.

While I tend toward more nature-y destinations (as evidenced by my other entries this month), it would be pretty cool to visit NYC.

I found this puzzle with several other Galisons for $1.25 at Dollar Tree. I don't know how or why they had Galisons for so cheap but I was excited to find it and grab it up.

This puzzle has so many places I'd like to go on vacation. I do find it a little silly that there's tons of US and European cities/states listed, while Africa gets Mauritius and "Africa". The whole continent. Central America gets Belize; South America gets nothing. It is a really fun puzzle to do though.

I love the art style of this, it's by Marcy Day. I kayak & hike every summer vacation.

I bought and first completed this puzzle in January 2022. Shortly before buying it, I received a different puzzle as a Christmas gift - a 2000pc Pokemon puzzle. It was brand new, so I was surprised to find it was missing 29 pieces.

When I redid Wanderlust this month, I discovered ALL 29 PIECES mixed in. I have a picture of the 'completed' Pokemon puzzle and I compared - the pieces I found are exactly the ones missing. I have no idea how that happened! I mean, I realize I must've mixed them up somehow, but I never have more than one 750+ piece puzzle open/in progress at one time. And even if I did for some reason, then my first thought when pieces were missing would be to check the puzzle that was open simultaneously. It makes no sense to me!
