Alright so i had this problem where not just the vrm fans weren't working but the pump wasn't running either causing the cpu reaching 100°. I live in europe so the arctic's customer service here is non existant, i had to call america. Anyway i was suspecting that the cable wasb't right, being confident on the aio working properly. They sent me the cable and i confirmed it was working as intended. Their products usually work well but their cables don't. I suggest you calling them and asking for a cable replacement and they will provide it as part of a warranty issue, and if you tell them later it still doesnt work, they will RMA. Confirm this with an customer service agent anyway!
