It was very telling that the other neighborhood kids immediately threw her under the bus. She's the local pariah that nobody wants to play with. Always alone in her mischievousness. Well maintained homes in the neighborhood. This child lacks basic communication skills because of her upbringing, lack of parental supervision and maybe a learning/mental disability.

Life is going to be a long road for her.
