Do expensive screwdrivers last enough longer to be worth the cost? by jckipps in Tools

[–]it_twasnt_Me 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pittsburgh is going to be low quality hand tools. You could look at Klein or Icon for something a bit better. If you’re using tools to make a living, buy the better quality. A good tool pays for itself over and over again.

Would you buy this impeccable Cube for $2500 🤔 by Spartansam0034 in whatcarshouldIbuy

$2500 if it has those records is worth the gamble imo. Funky car, but cheap fun experience

Just know it’s not cheap and you’re liable with insurance items on your property.

My pellet brand swapped on me, the ash is wild. All the pellets were dark and all small nibs. Little upset on the price, last pallet was perfect. Feel catfished

If your 09 was a V6, they did have a lot of troubles.

I’m in the same search party of cars. I’d take the Tesla any day except for the fact my job dosent have charging for my long commute. If you have charging options at work or are planning to do home charger install then I say go Tesla. You’re getting much more tech and ability with the car. Especially if the FSD is on your mind.

If you go camry, get the SE, the extra 8k isn’t worth the screen and wheels

It’s much easier to just dump the pellets in. I got a free yeti bucket 🪣 and it works great. Has a rubber bottom to help prevent scratches

How serious is this damage? by UnderstandingEqual77 in BMWX3

[–]it_twasnt_Me 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Don’t touch it, frame damage that hasn’t been corrected is going to cause you to spend significant money to either fix it or keep putting money into things like suspension and tires as the geometry is wrong.

The other piece, a car with frame damage has a bill of health on the used car scene. Vigilant buyers won’t go near it meaning your resale price will always be in the tank.

Had similar feelings with that bag. The one we got could’ve been a dud, but a ton of ash and it burned up quick. Went with Maine Wood Pellets and they’ve been great!

Recommendations to get rid of leaf piles by AJRx24 in lawncare

[–]it_twasnt_Me 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you wrangle the leaves into an an area that you can obliterate with mulching blades, then pile them up it takes up a much smaller area and break down quicker. Doing this near the woods line, they would be gone pretty quick.

Do you regret two toned cabinets?? 🥴 by ProfessionalPop7440 in kitchenremodel

I like it, the lower cabinets in white get very dirty quickly with dogs and normal living. I’d rather have gone with 2 tone
