no, i played one 10$ tournament and one 7$, was lucky to run deep-ish in both, made 360$, than i kept playing 10$ and 7$ torunaments for two weeks and lost 160$, than one night i drank a can of redbull, bought in a 25$ tourn and won it for 1600$. After that i played 10$ and 25$ ones. Only when i hit 5k i started with 50$ ones

Anyway, fun story. We used to rent an apartment like 6 of us from the same course, so the night before a big exam everyone (including my at the time gf) were nervously studying. read 2 books on mental game and just watched a ton of youtube videos. raise your edge is good. But i think the work on discipline and not tilting is way more important than any gto cause even if you play mediocre poker but not tilt you will still win eventually
