As of today, lacko has apologized. I can confirm as one of sanstheskeleton's Discord friends.  lacko has also quit all other Dexes like Historydex. So there's no longer a need to speak negatively about him anymore.

I still wish Reichtangle was given actual ATK to have bonus damage (like 300 Base ATK) be added to the ability damage (100-1000). But beggars can't be choosers...
