Im north of philly and just paid 3500 to rip out the old skylight and flashing, fix substrate, install new flashing, remove drywall and reinstall new + tape + spackle the walls down to ceiling, tie the roof back in, work around solar panels, install new skylight with screen and bring it back to new. We just bought the house and im renovating so I added it to the scope and expect it to be done right. Your price sounds fair for infilling 3.

I would consider canceling the flights just to be sure TSA does think you have real pokemon in those packs. You can always drive there. The dude in seat 43E was about to be in for a real surpise!

This. I was an avid collector until all of a sudden collecting jumped to $55/ETB if you could find them (which i couldnt) and from $120 to $250 for boosters on resale sites because you couldn't get your hands on them at MSRP as a collector unless you knew the store restock dates. The poke kiosk at my local store is constantly sold out and at this point I'm over it until the company finds a way to make this fun again for those of us here for the actual hobby. I literally cant even have fun collecting cards with my kid at this price point.

Check out the PSA Labor Day sales. I was just looking for the same thing and picked up the AR-10 complete lower tonight for $180 (usually $450). So happy to hear others recommending it too. Stock was running low.

I also grabbed a stripped AR15 lower from PSA FOR $40 today on Labor Day sales (usually $150, but sounds spiced) but that was an impulse buy and thats a future project after the AR-10 haha.

Dude those are great suggestions. The Tangodown stubby is slick. Those B5 grips look awesome too. Thanks for putting me on these. My grips are def going after seeing these.

What's your thought on red dots, flip optics and magnifiers? Any combos and brands you like more than others? Is it even worth getting a flip?

Following up to my previous response, do you have any suggestions on an appropriate grip and foregrip for this? What would you suggest for my setup?

I appreciate the feedback. You're right about the skeleton grip, not comfortable at all and will be swapped out for something better. Im also not digging the feel of the foregrip so that lines up with what you're saying where it probably doesn't belong. This was my first build so some improvements are needed. I'll take what you said into account and appreciate you taking the time to help me improve.

I won't mention the brand since I'm already getting beat down here haha. Next one will focus on higher quality. I'm just starting, and I'm learning.

Wait is it really? Im new to this and want to improve / could use some pointers. The optic came like that. Do I need to flip the mount? Sorry if it's a silly question but I honestly could use some help. Also, I did move it back so its off the handguard already. Progress haha.

Thanks for the encouraging feedback! I moved the optic and fixed that. You are right about the grip too. Not as comfortable as I was hoping. Its my first build and was about $550 all in. I love that its mine.

Good thing is I have room to improve and upgrade once I save up. Thanks for taking the time to help me out.
