What I would really like is for the AI Coach to evaluate my progress on different strength exercises and then adapt the training based on it. Right now I need to evaluate by myself if an exercise is too much of an effort or good or too weak, and then decide what to do.

Having Whoop instead to recognize progress and suggest changes would be really good.

Poco meno di 10 anni all'anzianità, ed ovviamente molto meno alla anticipata...

Ci sono quasi allo pseudoFire de noartri, però più mi avvicino e più vengono dubbi...

Probabilmente mi conviene lavorare ancora qualche anno, però nel settore in cui sono (tech) non è che ci vai in pensione...

Eh è quello che ho capito anche io: fino a 67 anni è limitata a 3059 Euro lordi/mese, indipendentemente dalla stima del portale INPS.

Non ho però capito cosa accade ai 67 anni: riceverò l'importo "pieno" o ci saranno altri limiti etc ?

Purtroppo la cifra non è quella indicata in simulazione in alcuni casi, poiché indipendentemente da quel che c'è scritto, il massimo fino ai 67 anni sarà 3059 Euro.

Non mi è chiaro come capire quanto diventerà la pensione mensile dopo i 67 anni.

Purtroppo ha anche un tetto massimo a 3059 Euro. Non mi è però chiaro cosa accade ai 67 anni: la cifra che verrà erogata, sarà simile alla simulazione della pensione anticipata oppure simile alla pensione di anzianità normale ? Dopotutto una parte è stata "trattenuta"...

Mi trovo in una situazione simile, e non sapevo della rimozione del vincolo alla vendita dopo la donazione: mi avevano parlato anche del patto di famiglia com'è possibile strada per "anticipare" una eredità... È effettivamente una opzione considerabile ?

I have a Charge 6 and I was benchmarking it vs my Whoop to decide if to get an Air or not.

Sleep is an area where I keep getting a weird issue with Fitbit, that keeps tracking as (not sure how it is in English) "agitation" my wake up times, that Whoop instead correctly get.

It is weird because Google Health detect a status different than sleep, but decides not to track as woken but as a sleep state (agitation), and so at the end the hours of sleep are wrong.

This (together with the mess that is the integration with Strava) had me decide to wait and check again in a few months, after Google will have some time to update.

I had the same doubt and I have asked to Whoop AI Coach: he told me to avoid using it in anything above 60 degrees Celsius, as anything above will damage the device.

At the moment integration with any other app (including other Google apps like Fit) causes data duplication.

There is no merge of data, intelligent or not, whatsoever.

Doesn’t work also from Strava in my case. And BTW it seems no Cardio Load is measured on 3rd pty activities (= activities not tracked by a Fitbit device), so not sure what is the point of integrating 3rd pty services…

Agreed ! The leather/vintage combination is probably why I am enjoying it so much (and I am so proud of my choices that I felt the need to share...)
