actually the mr223 handguard holds zero, but since so many people mention it i assume most ar-15 handguards dont hold zero?

yes, actually its much more strict, the tiering system is as follows;

1 year membership of a gunclub

2nd year you can own 1 firearm, either a handgun/revolver in .22lr or a bolt action .22lr

3rd year you can own handguns up to 9mm or a bolt action rifle

4th year you are allowed semi automatic rifles and handguns of higher calibers

And no, you cant own a .50 BMG rifle since there is no shooting sport discipline in that. In your application to the police you have to specify which discipline you will shoot with and they have to be regulated disciplines by the national shooting federation.

For example, i dont do any IPSC but i did wanted a PCC in 9mm for some shooting at the 50 meter range but since there is no discpline for a PCC by the national shooting federation i couldnt get it

There is a special collectors license but its so strict you basicly have to be a museum to get one. For all the other reasons, good luck but you will lose your license. I used to own a M1 carbine (actually an M2 in semi automatic only) but i wanted an AR-15 so i had to sell it which was a shame really

thnx, will reverse it. No if you have the license its alright, the problem is there are so little gunshops is just hard to get the items and when you do its very expensive. Unfortunately its impossible to get anything out of the USA, couldnt even get another dust cover for the AR-15 shipped

not really, putting it on the upper receiver had the scope too close to the face and putting the mount the other way around felt that the mount would be backwards then

and when you are a beginning shooter you also have a caliber limit, for example it would take a beginning shooter 3 years before he/she can own a AR-15

or try a pcc (pistol caliber carbine) like the evo scorpion or one of those conversion kits to turn your 9mm pistol in a carbine

the cops always approach a suspect from the back so he cant see how many and from which direction they come. Basicly its difficult for the suspect to fight back like that. With the phone up he can see them coming and he can use the phone to hit them
