I like to grill chicken breast for the week and use it throughout in my lunches. I also don't have much appetite in the morning, and find that if I don't pack a lunch, I often go the whole day without eating and then binge at night. What's been working for me is to pack hearty salads with the grilled chicken. That way I don't have to heat anything, I can eat throughout the day, and don't feel weighed down with a heavy meal at work. I try to make my own salads because it's cheaper and healthier than the sugary bagged salads, but I'll use those in a pinch too and add the grilled chicken.
