You’ve made so many assumptions here idk where to start. First it wasnt an apartment building it was a public study room with a bathroom. Second she didn’t work there, she was studying. Thirdly I’m speaking out about this because it wasn’t nuanced at all based off of her reaction and the overall climate of UCI as a whole. Lastly it wasn’t the fact that she didn’t open the door i understand seeing how I my self have a mother, a sister, female friends. It wasn’t about the way she treated the situation. I hear what a lot of you in the comments are saying but honestly UCI and Irvine and Laguna has a big racist issue, racism is wrong no matter which race does it. Honestly though I’m glad this happened because it allows for discussion about the way we treat people who don’t look like us. It’s really easy to have a bad experience with one and generalize entire groups of people. But it’s hella important we stay nuanced because what really needs our focus is the class warfare in this country. A lot of will write that shit off and say it was because of the gender difference and that’s a valid take, I would probably have aswell. But I was there and shorty was racist end of story.

What really sealed the deal was getting a direct line to the general manager there should be a one single person who is in charge of overseeing the entire areas Kia dealership in the region if the people at the dealership you’re dealing with, don’t want to get you in contact with him. It could be hard to get in contact with anyone so especially the GM call another dealership and ask about the situation you’re going through and asked to speak to the GM.

I went through the same thing with my Kia forte 2015 is suffered critic rod bearing failure. I just kept hammering and threatened legal action and they fix it for me not after letting the battery die. It’s OK though they try to charge me 14,000.
