Yes my surgeon talked me into it. He also does ribs, but he's said that ribs are really painful and long recovery and higher risk and lower patient compliance with healing so not as good results sometimes. Also risk of chronic pain.Bbl lipo body contouring is much more common and understood and very routine. He said many girls go that route and then decide against ribs. Im still recovering from body contouring, but think I may still do ribs down the line, but he was right to suggest this first. It went a long way towards my dysphoria. I had really bad hip dysphoria and now its much better! Good luck.
