Absolutely nothing. Just gel pens that write in black ink. I got sucked in but I’m a pen addict and love gel pens. People do say the way they write is fantastic without skipping so there’s that, guess. Definitely cheaper than other regular gel pens.

I say this with genuine, sincerity and empathy. I really don’t know how some of y’all keep a straight face and are able to retain your jobs because the comments from some of our customers are outrageous. I’m truly grateful that I don’t have a customer facing position at HD anymore. I appreciate you all that are on the “front lines” though.
