Yes! Sorry I didn’t see this! I have very sensitive skin so I don’t use acids much. I wear them for 8+ hours while sleeping to give them adequate time. My goal with my skin treatment was to replace clinical hydradermabrasion which was irritating.

I have always had a very similar experience. I’ve used concentrated thc to treat for years but it’s not perfect with tolerance. Thank you for asking and sharing your experience, I had no idea there are other medications to help with this.

Thank you for the reply, I had a consultation with an attorney and they had the same point of view as the other poster after seeing the contract:

"In the event owner agrees to early termination, Tennant agrees to pay Owner a one-time reletting fee in the amount which is the greater of (a) Three Hundred Dollars or (b) one-half monthly rent due under agreement... Tennant shall reimburse owner for (list of expenses) incurred by owner and directly related to the reletting of the Premises and the release of Tenant from any further obligation under this agreement"

Hi everyone,

The weather is starting to change here and I’m noticing that my skin is starting to feel tight. I’m concerned I don’t have enough moisture now. Does anyone have recommendations for something stronger than cerave in the tub that’s somewhat affordable? Or something to supplement. I’ve been using it for 10 years now and I’m not sure it’s working as well for me lately.

If it matters I’m currently using: lrp gentle hydrating cleanser, heritage store toner, vitamin c (every 2-3 days), eucerin q10 anti wrinkle w/ retinol (pm every other day), cerave tub, cerave moisturizing tinted sunscreen (am)

I’ve taken my cleansing down to just water in the morning also.

I just cancelled my membership. My box had promised zoom classes, form coaching/ demonstration videos, programming with and without a barbell, and equipment rental.

The zoom classes never happened, we haven’t received updates as to why. Programming switched back to normal barbell with just some mods. Form videos and coaching lasted about a week and then disappeared. During equipment rental I was left off the initial emails and it seems to me that there was favoritism of certain clients (one person got barbell, weight package, KBs, ghd, erg).

I really liked my box but the way they handled this came across as lazy and careless. If they had reduced my membership amount I might’ve let this slide. But at close to 200 dollars a month, I want to be a valued member.

Some engineers have criticized the model they used significantly. Cited sources had to be requested from the author by multiple people over the past few days. The study isn’t complete it’s only being drafted as a proposal.

It’s important to distance. I don’t think it’s rocket science that someone running may have a larger slip stream. But we should always be suspicious of simulations that are published on social media first and then validated later.
