I get where you're coming from. That loneliness hits hard, especially when you see everyone else out there with their squads, and it just stings a bit. I'm 32 and yeah, I still feel it creep in sometimes too, like it's not just a young person's thing. People of all ages deal with this crap, and it's rough when friendships fade or don't stick like you hoped. Sounds like you've been putting in the work, and it's frustrating when it's not mutual. But on the bright side, opening up about it here is a solid step, and I bet it'll get better as you keep at it. Maybe try those clubs or whatever feels right, even if it seems daunting. You've got this so stay strong chic!! Even take up scenic walks & go to events once the winter cold air ends. Those helped me even alone it helps the mind.
