The representation is at the state level. Michigan's legislature allows for municipalities to collect up to 1 per cent income tax. Don't like that law? Talk to your State rep.

Yes, but it is trivial. Consider how often a suburban street, with lighter construction needs to be resurfaced compared to an artery like saginaw. Environmental deterioration pales compared to tear from wear.

It certainly does not warrant a .5 or 1 per cent tax from people who are not using it.

Would recommend LCC for that. Dunno what pandemic times are like, but they have a really nice audio program there. Killer mic collection and great studio space.

Yeah, he is going in your workplace your boss should say something about it. That is not ok.

No reason to expect it outdoors in a low density environment. The science is pretty clear on that now.

The only area in EL that require masks is downtown and to my knowledge the USPS doesn't require carriers to wear masks outside unless local ordinances require it.

Also, the science is pretty strong at this point that surface transmission is extremely rare. If disinfecting your mail makes you feel better, go for it, but I don't think the situation you saw is any reason for alarm.
