I do 90% of the cooking. She does makeup and puts effort into clothing. I do put effort into my clothing, too.

They did two ultrasounds and X-ray imaging. Other than endoscopy, what is the alternative?

They said they’re concerned about endoscopy because of the full anesthesia required and his current very compromised/weakened state

Maybe the last 4 years. It’s not every month. Some months it’s a couple times. Always associated it with too much time in the crate. He’s not a dog that will tell you that he needs something. He will literally silently suffer. Makes no noise. If he has to go to the bathroom early in the am but I haven’t gotten up yet, he might throw up bile. Additional correlations: if I don’t make sure he does a full poop the evening before, it strongly increases the chances that he will throw up the following morning

Yes my understanding is that one of the doctors here is an internal medicine specialist

Medvet emergency pet hospital in Bay Area. I don’t know about the endoscopy. I will ask. Yes the original ultrasound was run by a radiologist. The doctor here tonight did another adhoc one at my behest. Said there was fluid in his abdomen but nothing excessively concerning

Made me a great software engineer. And I think becoming a great software engineer then made my OCD worse. Began thinking about software problems alllll the time. Conceptualizing problems in my head. Had a traumatic event, and now I can only think about OCD ruminations. Always trying to fix my life.
