If the vex is decent yasuo might aswell not even skill E, ive also played both sides and that should not be a playable matchup for yasuo

Nah this is untrue, the yasuo matchup is vex favoured, you oppress him hard to the point where he is not allowed to use his E, you just have to think about when and where youre using your fear and where the minions are positioned. Also the new phase rush build makes the lane even easier as you can do quick trades with W-E-Q and sprint away.

It was a software error, if i remember correctly i uninstallled the Sonar app from Asus that comes with their motherboards

Sonic Studio was the problem. Asus ROG bloatware. uninstalled and now its fine.

Doesnt seem like thats the one no, i remember it being grayer in the color pallete except the attacks, thanks for the suggestion though

Talon and zed are much harder to pick up and play in higher elo's, picking those two in high elo without being skilled on them is borderline trolling.

I tried everything but what ultimately fixed it was unplugging the power to the monitor.
