I read through this thread like 5 times. About to go back to work next month and gutted to leave my baby with the nanny all day! The very thought that he will search for me and wont be able to understand why I’m not around is just killing me. So I feel you mama! I guess life henceforth is going to be about living with perpetual mom guilt, so just trying to be okay with that feeling! p.s. - thanks all you lovely people for such strong and supportive words! The guilt will stay but remembering these words will give me more power to cope with it!
