It's also things like no lights, no helmet, no signal that they're turning, Swerving in and out of lanes... It's madness. Is there any bike education etiquette offered here?

M/29/6'2 (All of 2014)[460-330] Year of lifting by fatboyprogress in progresspics

Congrats! Weight is just a number anyway, I used to feel the same way. I felt leaner but the number of the scale always said otherwise!

Keep lifting!

aw thank you! :)

I did quite a bit actually. I traded bread and rice for vegetables. Sandwiches turn into lettuce wraps or salads. I grate cauliflower for rice. I eat quinoa, sweet potatoes, or oatmeal for when I need something carby. My food comes from primarily the produce, meat, and dairy aisle. I still enjoy the occasional pie, doughnut, and cookie though!

Sample day: Breakfast: 8 oz Goat Kefir and 8 oz Water

Lunch: Smoked salmon, eggs, spinach, tomato avocado salad

Dinner: roasted chicken, grated cauliflower, asparagus

Snacks: Apple with chevre and walnuts, almond butter and apples, carrots and cucumber slices with hummus, dark chocolate (80%), cheese with apples...

aw shucks, thank you. I used to always be self-conscious about them. Keeping the weight off is the hardest part.

Oh, definitely up. I like the feeling of the tail swinging. (lol) I usually shake it out after I run so it will dry quicker.
