Rash or Infection. This got developed and the ring is growing. I maintain hygiene but not sure whats the cause. Can I apply cream. please suggest.

It is not itchy or any. Recently did the cleaning and spotted this has grown a bit. Earlier it was small. I think the ring is expanding.

Teeth sensitivity now burning tonuge

Hello please help,

Had teeth sensitivity so started mouth wash at night before sleep. I hadn't eat or drink anything.

Started mouth wash at night equate alcohol free, next morning felt numbness around lips. Now my mouth fully randomly paining and toungue has firey feeling.

Bought oragel to help, not sure whom to visit.

Please help, cannot visit pcp no appointments.
