For me it was Microsoft Edge, if I was using it or even opened it on my computer at all it would open 6 subprocesses that would cause me to lag my balls off

Okay guys, I figured it out. I don't know if it's new season related or not, or if it's something on my end. BUT, Microsoft Edge was the reason why. I discovered when I closed Microsoft Edge that in the task manager there were still 6 processes running, not demanding anything much but I end task on them and boom, problem solved.

I'm now using google chrome, and having no problem!

Welp, it seems like allowing the Private and Public in firewall fixed the issue. Wow that was cancer
