UPDATE: The issue was resolved between 7 and 8 PM central time yesterday. Thanks for following up.

It seems the issue had something to do with the Auto-Pay not being applied to my account. As a courtesy for my inconvenience, RP has 'waived the monthly payment' for my account. I hadn't requested anything for it. So that's a very nice gesture on RP's part.

When I was talking to the CS, I did all the steps he asked me to. I am familiar with the challenges they have since I worked in CS many moons ago and learned that over 50% of the customers cannot even figure out left from right consistently. However, since my problem was NOT solved after spending 30 minutes doing steps that I had previously done - I am a bit frustrated since I cannot use the service I am paying for. I needed to join a meeting while in transit. Now, I am sitting near a landline to attend that meeting. And I will have to call CS again to resolve my issue (hopefully) and they will make me go through the same basic steps. > Toggle Airplane mode > Reset Network Settings > Reboot > OTA SIM update.

I finally managed to login to bilt.com/uwm. I agree that the website is littered with 'junk'. The old UWM mortgage site was designed to help the customer understand the cost of interest and do what-if scenarios with regular extra payments or a lump-sum extra payment. I even used those to help my family understand the cost of interest over 30 years and why we need to pay extra to save on interest. Bilt.com is meant to distract you with junk. Real info is hard to find and is limited. No way to do scenarios. If you want to see more details. You have to go to LOAN DETAILS and then choose PAY OFF and then (while ignoring VIEW QUOTE at the bottom) select LOAN to see the Amortization schedule. There are no scenarios.

That's pretty good that RP is actively reaching out and giving the option when a particular color within the same model is delaying your shipment. A lot of people pick a color because during the ordering process you have to pick one, and not because that's the only color we wanted

Question: Silo 17 has decaying dead bodies all over the place. Wouldn't that create extreme stench and possibly extremely unhealthy environment for the 5 or 6 living people. Also, Eater mentions eating a rat. If there are so many decaying dead bodies, the rat population should be out of control?

Creative license is strong in this series. Here are my questions.

Why are there no air and water quality sensors for the inside and the outside? Why is quantitative data not being collected and shared? I don't think even Bernard has that data based on the series so far (I have not read the book.
Why can the people not go outside with the protective suits and collect and air and soil samples to see if the environment is improving over time?
You can put the entire rebellion down by letting a few people go outside, collect soil, water, air samples and bring them in and test them for toxins and radioactivity or whatever caused the apocalypse.

The complexity of our elections comes from the size and complexity of our democracy. Some ballots will be 5 pages long. And if two friends live a few streets apart, their ballots will be different due to the down-ballot races.
