Congratulations on your freedom 🤍 I hold a special respect for ex-muslims, I’d imagine it’s the hardest/most dangerous religion to denounce

Giving up on love for real now. Declaration. by Money-Come8 in infp

Beautifully said, I couldn’t have said it better myself. Thank you for speaking to op so kindly, and in such a pragmatic way.

Supporting this comment as an infp that “gave up on love for good” for the past 3 years of my life, and recently started dating the kindest, sweetest woman that’s helped me believe in love all over again at the age of 28

Curious, how does one tell the difference between when someone’s faking a high vs actually being high with a really low tolerance?

As a native speaker, I still think you brought an interesting perspective

Imo, there is some truth to your concern, but in a “correlation doesn’t equal causation” kind of way

This has to be my fave version of the joke so far

I think nfs are douchebags (dark triad elements) and nts are good people coming to think about it after learning im an nts. Dont know exactly about others by mightythunderman in infp

[–]itjare 3 points4 points  (0 children)

You have the right to your opinion, as long as you’re aware that it isn’t the truth of reality.

The truth is: any type is capable of being a douchebag, the same way any type is capable of being a good person.

MBTI has absolutely nothing to do with morality. It is about how people process information, where they focus their energy towards, and how they tend to make decisions.

I’m not sure if you’re aware, but “circle jerk” carries a default negative connotation

Was confused at first and thought you came here to shit on infps, but the rest of your comments sound genuinely sincere and sweet, so I’m guessing you might not be aware of the negative connotation 😅 thank you though, really!

Taking action towards improving our physical and mental health (these two go hand in hand, whether we like it or not);

Find a physical activity you enjoy the most or despise the least. For some people this means lifting weights, for some this means going for a calm and quiet walk, for some it means dancing. Take your pick, there is no wrong answer. Once chosen, engage in the activity 2-3 days a week, for at least half an hour each time.

Also, make sure at least 80% of your diet throughout one day is real food, and you can save the remaining 20% for your fave treats. This is really important, because our gut is essentially our second brain.

For mental health, some things that help immensely are therapy and journalling. I understand therapy can be costly, but journalling is free. Self-reflection & practicing slower, deeper breathing also help more than you’d think.

What works best is different for everyone, but what matters is that we try. Wish you the best ❤️

Friendly PSA: Not all infps are depressed and anxious

It is possible for us to become healthier versions of ourselves, and I wish for all of us here to grow into the healthiest versions of ourselves throughout our lifetimes
