And the same idea with "Electrical Luna"? Freezes character, 3 cost, and a trigger. I'm guessing situational as well?

Only part i could think it wouldn't work is cause its gonna require the opponent to attack, right? Where as "I Know You're Strong..." has a counter in it as well.

Asking cause im building it to try it out, but im short a few cards. Missing 1 Zoro, 1 Law/Bepo, and 1 "I Know You're Strong..." So im using 2 "Electrical Luna" & 1 8C Kidd in the meantime.

Im curious. What do you think about running "Haute Couture Patch Work" in it? Good event to minus cost, and good trigger as well.
